Our web team collaborates closely with graphic designers, developers, SEO specialists, online advertisers, and communications experts to create high-performing digital experiences for our brands and clients.
We are looking for a UX-focused Web Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, visually engaging, and conversion-driven websites. If you enjoy solving user problems through design and working with a collaborative digital team, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
As a Web Designer / UX–UI Specialist, you will design user-centered digital experiences that balance usability, performance, and aesthetics.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading UX/UI design for new and existing websites, from discovery to final delivery
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-quality UI designs that are intuitive and conversion-focused
• Designing and revamping websites using WordPress and HTML with strong UX principles
• Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX/UI designs
• Applying UX best practices, data insights, and SEO principles to improve user journeys and website performance
• Designing digital marketing assets such as mailers, newsflashes, and campaign visuals
• Creating GIF and HTML5 banner ads for digital campaigns
• Updating and managing website content while maintaining design consistency and UX quality
You’ll work within a young, collaborative, and creative team environment, where ideas are shared and design decisions are tested and refined.

You’re a UX-first designer who enjoys solving real problems through design. You think beyond aesthetics and care about how users interact with digital products.
You are comfortable working across the full design lifecycle and collaborating with technical and marketing teams.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Minimum 2 years experience in UX/UI or web design
✔ Strong understanding of UX principles including user journeys, information architecture, usability, and conversion optimisation
✔ Experience designing user-centered website interfaces
✔ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
✔ Working knowledge of PHP
✔ Strong WordPress experience (theme customization, plugins, best practices)
✔ Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
✔ Understanding of SEO principles and how UX/UI impacts search performance
Bonus: Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
