Intercessor Group Holdings is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Recruiter / Junior Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, client services, business development, or a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate and follow up on client requests to ensure timely execution.
- Perform general administrative and recruitment-related duties.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with clients.
- Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as required.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar or client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, target-driven, and goal-oriented approach.
- Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
