Are you passionate about SEO, data, and digital growth? We’re looking for a motivated SEO Assistant to join our Marketing team and support the optimisation of 15+ international brand websites.
In this role, you will work closely with our SEO Specialist, Communications team, and Web Developers to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive measurable results.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports including traffic, leads, page performance, and keyword rankings
• Conduct keyword research and track opportunities using Semrush
• Assist with SEO content strategy to improve traffic and conversions
• Implement and monitor tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Matomo
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues using tools like Semrush and Screaming Frog
• Optimise website pages and articles with on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, internal linking, headers, alt tags, etc.)
• Support off-page SEO efforts, including backlink building and partner listing updates
• Manage Google Business Profile listings
• Provide SEO recommendations for new websites under development
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends

• Matomo Analytics
• Bing Webmaster Tools
• GTmetrix / PageSpeed Insights

👤 What We’re Looking For
✔ 1–2 years experience in SEO or digital marketing
✔ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ Strong interest in search engine optimisation and digital marketing
Advantage: Additional language skills (French, German, or Dutch)
