About the Role
This is a critical client-facing role for a proactive and results-driven individual with experience managing both international and local key accounts. You will contribute significantly to the establishment and growth of the company by delivering exceptional service, strengthening client relationships, and identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned key international and local client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions.
- Ensure successful implementation of client-specific procedures and agreements.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and present regular internal and client-facing reports.
- Professionally represent the company in all client interactions.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing both international and local accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-spoken and well-presented, with a professional demeanor.
