Travel Co-ordinator, R neg

This administrative role will suit a candidate with at least 2-3 years experience in handle of travel. Good administration skills, communication skills and co-ordination skills will be essential. Experience working within the Hospitality/ Similar industry will serve as advantage.

Key duties includes:

  • Co-ordination of travel
  • Handling and co-ordination of bookings
  • Handling and co-ordination of transfers
  • Ensuring correct documents are loaded and ready for international travel
  • Ensuring Hotel /accommodation bookings are sorted
  • Handling of luggage
  • Liaising with external parties
  • Ad-hoc task
