This position requires a candidate with a least 2 years’ experience in managing/supervising a team of Co-ordinators. Your excellent customer skills; excellent communication and ability to supervise a team will be an essential part of this role.
Key duties includes:
- Handling major queries
- Assist Co-ordinators with problem solving
- Handling of major clients request
- Co-ordinating of work flow
- Ensuring SLA’s are adhere too
- Ensuring key outputs are achieve
- Responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships
- Assist with overflow of work
- Smooth running of division
- Ad-hoc task
