Office Assistant / Junior PA – Southern Suburbs

We are recruiting for a well presented, well spoken and computer literate individual to assist in this busy office. Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with high-end clients will serve as advantage.

Key duties:

  • Administration functions
  • Setting up filing systems
  • Handling client queries
  • Ensuring stock is sufficient
  • Handling of couriers services
  • Handling of office maintenance and upkeep
  • Sorting out all emails and allocate important message
  • Assist with PA functions for the department
  • Handling of incoming calls
  • Sending out of invoices and quotations
  • Ordering of goods
  • Ad-hoc task
