Key duties:
- Administration functions
- Setting up filing systems
- Handling client queries
- Ensuring stock is sufficient
- Handling of couriers services
- Handling of office maintenance and upkeep
- Sorting out all emails and allocate important message
- Assist with PA functions for the department
- Handling of incoming calls
- Sending out of invoices and quotations
- Ordering of goods
- Ad-hoc task
