Assisting with the office duties including answer of telephones and administration task will play a big part of your day to day. We recruiting for a dynamic person who is able to handle multiple task and be task and deadline orientated. Good computer skills and ability to grasp quick and easy will be advantage.
Key duties includes:
- Answer of incoming calls
- Answering and attending to emails
- Ensure stationery and office supply is up to date
- Handling all incoming orders
- Handling of courier services
- Taking orders and sending out quotation.
- Typing of documents
- Handling client queries
- Travel arrangements
- Assist with admin and secretarial duties for senior members
- Ad-hoc task
