This opportunity will suit a candidate with at least 3 years minimum experience in dealing with administration, debtors; creditors and basic bookkeeping. Good understanding of bookkeeping, journals, reconciliations will be advantageous.
Key duties includes but not limited too:
- Debtors administration
- Validating of invoices
- Reconciliations
- Journals
- Creditors
- Credit Notes
- Allocation of payments
- Payment of vendors and suppliers
- reconcile the Age Analysis
