Co-ordinator (Travel/Logistics), Cape Town, Rneg

We are looking for a candidate with good co-ordination skills to work from office handling corporate clients in ensuring smooth transitions.  Excellent communications skills; organising skills; and customer skills will be an essential part of this role. High level of professionalism will be required. At least 3 years experience in a role of travel/booking/logistics will secure this role.

 

Key for this role:

  • Developing client relationship
  • Excellent in communication of process to clients
  • Sourcing of information on behalf of client
  • Informing clients about the status of request
  • Handling all bookings and accommodation needs of the client
  • Handling of luggage of clients / personal goods transportation
  • Research
  • Communication with third parties extensively
