We are looking for a candidate with good co-ordination skills to work from office handling corporate clients in ensuring smooth transitions. Excellent communications skills; organising skills; and customer skills will be an essential part of this role. High level of professionalism will be required. At least 3 years experience in a role of travel/booking/logistics will secure this role.

- Developing client relationship
- Excellent in communication of process to clients
- Sourcing of information on behalf of client
- Informing clients about the status of request
- Handling all bookings and accommodation needs of the client
- Handling of luggage of clients / personal goods transportation
- Research
- Communication with third parties extensively
