Co-ordinator; Rneg

We are recruiting for a well-spoken, well-presented and energetic individual who can handle corporate clients in co-ordinating their mission. This position is well suited for candidates who worked in the hospitality industry where exposure to international clients.

Key duties includes:

  • He/she will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of services required
  • Develop strong client relationships with a good understanding of the clients specific needs.
  • Exceptionally high customer service skills are required.
  • Handling all the shipping details for clients
  • Handling of accommodation for clients
  • Handling all of the transportation for clients
  • Handling all critical criteria on behalf of clients
  • Ensuring all documentation are correct
  • Handling all queries on behalf of client

A highly energetic, pro-active and positive attitude will serve as advantage.  Excellent English written and speaking and attention to detail will secure this role.
