Key duties includes:
- Making bookings
- Assist with accommodation
- Handling clients request
- Dealing with shipping lines
- Dealing with 3rd party agents
- Handling of clients necessary documentation
- Dealing with client budget
- Invoicing of clients
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact on all levels will serve as a must.
