We are recruiting for a candidate who has experience working in the Hospitality / Travel industry with more than 3 years experience working with International clients.
Part of your duties will entail:
- Organising luggage/personal transportation
- Arrange of Accommodation
- Assist with Transportation
- Ensuring clients are familiar with standards of the countries
- Ensuring Visa documentation and relevant vaccines are communicated
- Ensuring clients standards are met
- Dealing with 3rd parties
- Sending out quotations
- Negotiating of prices for clients
- Handling all client queries
- Administration Task
