Client/Travel Liaison Administrator

We are recruiting for a candidate who has experience working in the Hospitality / Travel industry with more than 3 years experience working with International clients.

Part of your duties will entail:

  • Organising luggage/personal transportation
  • Arrange of Accommodation
  • Assist with Transportation
  • Ensuring clients are familiar with standards of the countries
  • Ensuring Visa documentation and relevant vaccines are communicated
  • Ensuring clients standards are met
  • Dealing with 3rd parties
  • Sending out quotations
  • Negotiating of prices for clients
  • Handling all client queries
  • Administration Task
