Client/Travel Liaison Administrator

We are recruiting for a candidate who has experience working in the Hospitality / Travel industry with more than 3 years experience working with International clients.

 

Part of your duties will entail:
Organising luggage/personal transportation
Arrange of Accommodation
Assist with Transportation
Ensuring clients are familiar with standards of the countries
Ensuring Visa documentation and relevant vaccines are communicated
Ensuring clients standards are met
Dealing with 3rd parties
Sending out quotations
Negotiating of prices for clients
Handling all client queries
Administration Task
