TENDER MANAGEMENT

To manage the multilingual tender team and ensure the timely provision of sales support to
subsidiaries. Providing compliant and timely answers to tender bids (RFI, RFP, RFP and follow up rounds of presentations to clients).

Key duties included:
 Coordinate and support team members in preparation of tender responses on behalf of subsidiaries worldwide
 Establishment of good relationships with key team members for each tender (internal and external)
 Brand consistency across the board
 Provide presentations and other sales support documents for salespersons globally
 Liaise with salesperson(s) to obtain a clear brief of requirements/needs
 Provision of Partnership Agreements, Customs information, and other legal documentation
 Internal processes and Operational requirements
 Customer Satisfaction and Service

This role is within a highly pressurized, deadline driven environment with strong attention to
detail. Good relations internal and external is required as well as excellent presentation and
computer knowledge.
