My client is seeking a skilled Temporary Receptionist to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel for employees.
Coordinate flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
Ensure travel itineraries align with company policies and budget constraints.
Switchboard Operations:
Operate and manage a multi-line switchboard system.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy
Assist the depot manager from time to time with getting quotations.
Update truck drivers various certificates (like medical certificates and dangerous driving certificates).
Arrange harbour pass applications for the drivers and then ensure drivers are aware of when they need to do to collect it.
Arranging delivery note books from suppliers which involve
Request quotes from suppliers
Provide supplier with correct invoicing details. to get supplier invoice
Essential for this role is Professional and presentable appearance, valid driver’s licence; computer literacy and previous experience 5 yr.s min
